My client is a prestigious Wealth Management firm based in Central London. They are a boutique and forward-thinking IFA with a strong footprint in the Financial Planning industry and have a talented and dynamic team.

They are looking for an office Administrator to join them who has gained some office administration experience. Your responsibilities will be greeting customers, booking meeting rooms, and diary management. You will be play a big part in the day to day running of the office, ensuring all stationary and office supplies are replenished, allocation of any relevant documentation to internal departments and processing invoices.

The role would suit a candidate who is educated to degree level or similar, who has gained at least 12months experience in a professional office environment and possess excellent communication and written skills.
