About the role
Working within a close-knit Internal Communications team, you'll play an integral role in shaping how we communicate with our colleagues, connecting them to our purpose, mission and values.
As the Senior Internal Communications Officer, you will lead the delivery of our internal communications strategy, working closely with departments to translate their priorities into engaging content and campaigns that inspire and motivate our colleagues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a senior member of the Internal Communications team, deputising for the Internal Communications Manager where required and working directly with the Leadership team and CEO.
- Developing and implementing internal communications plans with robust metrics to measure success, ensuring you take a data driven approach to Internal Comms.
- Lead on priority projects and campaigns, providing expertise to shape and execute appropriate colleague communications.
- Work closely with the Events team to deliver engaging internal events against set objectives, feeding into how this programme can be continually improved.
Support other team members where required, providing a strategic and creative viewpoint that draws on IC best practice.
