Are you an experienced Site Supervisor with a background in overseeing projects within DNO (Distribution Network Operator) networks ranging from 33kV to 132kV? Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, safety regulations, and quality standards for DNO networks between 33kV and 132kV.
- Lead and motivate site teams, including subcontractors and tradespeople, to achieve project objectives and deliverables within established timelines and budgets.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project momentum and quality.
- Assist in the coordination of resources, materials, and equipment required for site operations, optimising efficiency and productivity while minimising downtime.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to communicate project requirements, address challenges, and ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, preferably in the electricity industry, with a focus on DNO networks between 33kV and 132kV.
- Sound knowledge of high voltage electrical systems, safety protocols, and construction practices relevant to DNO network projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and empower site teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders and resolve conflicts constructively.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges encountered during site operations.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in electrical engineering, construction management, or a related field would be advantageous.
