An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our Patient Experience Team.


The Patient Experience Team work closely together and with colleagues and external stakeholders, gathering and reporting on the experience of people using the services that are commissioned by the ICB.

This information is then used to ensure that our contracts are well managed and to support commissioning decisions and service design.


This post is essential in ensuring that the Patient Experience Team and Quality (Acute) Team's portfolio of tasks and projects is planned, managed and delivered effectively.

In addition to undertaking projects (with support and supervision) the post holder will be a key member of the team, supporting effective communication and stakeholder management, both internally and externally.


You will be encouraged to bring creativity to the role and in return you will be given the opportunity to develop your project management skills within a highly motivated, professional and friendly team.
