Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently handle inbound and outbound enquiries, aimed at booking screening events.
  • Ensure a seamless scheduling process for events booked.
  • Managing small events, from organising to attending and completing posture checks.
  • Ensure that customer care is at a top level from greeting to goodbye and thrive to achieve the best experience each time for our potential practice members.
  • Engage with people, talk to them about their health journey.
  • Manage and operate company systems, including the CRM (HubSpot) and diary management and patient record systems (PracticeHub).
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to contribute to campaigns and sales funnels aimed at generating tangible results.
  • Embrace the role as an integral part of the marketing team, contributing to businesswide campaigns to drive growth.
  • Possess superb communication skills and a good sense of brand representation.
  • Be confident talking to strangers about their health.
  • Be a selfstarter with the initiative to drive their own tasks and contribute to the team's success.
  • Have a proactive, positive, and personable approach to their work, embodying Willow Chiropractic's values of balanced discipline, courageous integrity, vitalism, and love.
  • Be highly organised and diligent with attention to detail.
  • Be an effective team player, capable of working independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Working Hours:

Salary:

  • Up to £30k pa depending on experience

Pay:
Up to £30,000.00 per year
