Working hours will be Monday to Friday and this is a fully office-based role.
Managing the employee life cycle, including recruitment.
- Supporting the HR Manager to produce and analyse monthly headcount and absence reports.
- Assisting the HR Manager to process the monthly payroll.
- Monitoring, reviewing and updating HR policies, ensuring these are in line with current legislation and are meaningful and user-friendly.
- Continually striving to improve HR processes and procedures.
- Building strong relationships with internal key stakeholders.
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar HR Advisor role.
