  • Full understanding and experience in maintaining, managing, and monitoring end-user computing infrastructure with Windows 10
  • Installation and configuration of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
  • Knowledge of monitoring and upkeep of computer systems and networks
  • Testing new end-user technology when necessary
  • Familiarity with Microsoft technologies like Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and VDI
  • Experience in utilizing and supporting Citrix environment
  • Proficiency in supporting office utility applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Skype, Teams, WinZip, Chrome, and Internet Explorer
  • Basic network troubleshooting and collaboration with specialized teams
  • Windows Patching Experience (SCCM preferred) and coordination with Server teams
  • Ability to address login issues related to Active Directory
  • Exposure to remote support tools
  • Prior experience in automated and manual backing up of end-user data
