Full Job Description:


As a viewing negotiator not only will you be viewing different properties, you will also be involved in dealing with incoming calls from existing clients and interested parties, as well as being a key team member to all offices.


Working Week (hours and days):


Your working hours will be approximately 7 hours per week, typically between the hours of 9.00am and 4.00pm every Saturday.


Salary:

Depending on experience.

Skills Required:

  • Ability to work as a team but also know how to use own initiative
  • Good customer service skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Local knowledge of the area, helpful
  • A UK driving license
