About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team at Michael Jones, a leading estate agency in the UK. As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our lettings team in finding, selling, and letting properties to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct viewings at properties, showcasing their best features and discussing our products and services with prospective tenants.
  • Support all functional aspects of the team, including tenancy progression, complaint resolution, and customer service standards.
  • Lead team morning meetings and support the team throughout the working day to ensure collective performance and shared success.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in lettings, business generation, and market appraisals.
  • Exhibit problem-solving capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, reliability, punctuality, and maintain excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Possess computer proficiency and comfort with the software suite necessary for executing and overseeing daily tasks.
