Established in 1978 and based on the Sheepbridge Trading Estate in Chesterfield, Crown Products are a leading manufacturer and supplier of high quality promotional products.

We currently have a vacancy for a Support Screen Printer / Factory Operative to join our production team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly accurate, motivated and reliable individual.


As well undertaking general stock preparation, quality inspection, packing and unpacking duties, training will be provided to support our screen printing department when required.


Duties Include:

  • Setting up, adjusting and operating both rotary and flatbed screen printing machines.
  • Ink mixing and PMS colour matching.
  • Screen Making and maintenance.
  • Unpacking, priming and preparation of products for screen printing and laser engraving.
  • Quality inspection and accurate packing of finished products.
  • Ensuring all quality procedures and inspections are followed correctly to ensure orders are produced to the highest standards.
  • Reporting any faults in products.
  • Maintaining work areas to safe, clean and organised standards.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with light manufacturing operations is preferred.
  • Experience of any type of commercial printing would be beneficial, but is not essential as training will be provided.
  • Capable of operating machinery efficiently and safely.
  • A 'cando', flexible attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Reliability, must have excellent timekeeping and attendance.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Must have the ability to work in a quick and efficient manner as part of a small team.
  • Have a high degree of manual dexterity.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Hours of work:_
  • Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 4.30pm
