Business Support Administrative Assistant - 37 hours per week (working every other weekend)

£10.50 per hour plus excellent benefits (including training and career development opportunities, staff welfare and support and heritage working environment)

These are exciting times at Hampden House, we are looking to expand our team and have a vacancy for an Administrative Assistant, based at our Home in Harrogate

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, can work on their own initiative and is able to work every other weekend.

The role involves updating databases, preparing information for the monthly payroll and assisting the Business Support Administrator with managing finances within the home and working on Reception greeting and supporting visitors to the Home, so knowledge and experience of carrying out these responsibilities is desirable


You will have excellent IT skills (fully conversant with Microsoft Office Suite), great communication skills and will take pride and responsibility in your work, which will require you to multi-task and meet deadlines to deliver a valuable contribution to the Home and its residents.

Some previous experience working with financial information would be helpful
