Platinum Security & Events are currently seeking several proactive and vigilant individuals to join our team as Door Supervisors in the Rochdale area.

(Please note this role is on pubs/clubs/bars so if you're uncomfortable in that environment and with possible conflict then do not apply)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the safety and security of patrons, staff and premises.
  • Monitoring and controlling access to the venue. Ensuring capacity being counted so it isn't exceeded.
  • Handling difficult situations with professionalism and discretion. Please note from time to time you may be faced with having to eject customers and enter into physical situations.
  • Providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Valid SIA Door Supervisor license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
  • Comfortable & Confident within conflict situations.
