Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise all bar staff, including bartenders and barbacks
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure consistent service standards
  • Create and maintain an inventory management system for all bar supplies
  • Monitor and control costs to maximize profitability
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food and beverage offerings
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely manner
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and make recommendations for improvements

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and restaurant operations
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team
  • Proven track record in managing inventory and controlling costs
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
