Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Darwin Escapes. This is a permanent part-time position, working 20 hours across Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced Food and Beverage Manager, taking responsibility for the bar and restaurant areas, and ensuring exceptional cleanliness and presentation of all areas within the department.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with the Front of House team to ensure motivation and required training are completed.
  • Assisting with efficient stock rotation and ordering of stock.
  • Taking and serving food and drink orders.
  • Collecting glasses and tableware.

Requirements:

  • Similar previous experience is preferred.
  • Positive work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills.
  • A driving license and the ability to drive is an advantage.
