That's where you come in.We're now looking for a number of
Electricians in Lewisham to undertake electrical repairs to residential properties.
Your work will be varied - from changing light fittings, switches and sockets to remedial works, installation of smoke detectors, boiler re-wires, testing and inspections.
You'll act as liaison between residents and internal teams to ensure any property related issues are highlighted and resolved in a prompt and efficient manner.
We'd like ourElectricians to;
- Have proven experience of working on residential properties.
- Hold an 18th Edition qualification.
- Hold City & Guilds Parts 1 and 2 in Electrical Installation.
- Hold City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 in Electrotechnical Technology
- Be able to work in accordance with NICEIC requirements.
- Have experience of working in Social Housing (desirable).
- 39 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
- 26 days holiday per annum & bank holidays

- A fantastic contributory pension scheme where Hyde will contribute double what you contribute (e.g. You contribute 3% and Hyde will contribute 6%

- As one of our Electricians, you'll be expected to take part in an oncall rota which is 1 in every 6 weeks. You'll be paid a £300 retainer as well as £57 per job you are called out to, regardless of completion. Should you be 'on call' on a bank holiday,8 hours will be taken as TOIL or paid in lieu._
