The Regional Care Trainer job objectives and responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the training manager daily
  • Deliver induction training for new starters
  • Deliver refresher training to experienced staff
  • Deliver one to one specialist training
  • Experience within the Domiciliary sector for at least 1 year
  • Health and Social care Level 3 NVQ
  • Train the trainer qualifications
  • Good knowledge with IT
  • Be confident to deliver training to staff in a classroom environment and in a virtual classroom
  • Driving licence and own vehicle is essential
  • Business insurance for your car (or be willing to obtain this)
