We are currently seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and highly productive
Sales Rentals Administrator to join our Glenmor Sales team.

As well as a competitive salary of £16.70 / per hour - comprising a base hourly rate of £14.50, plus a qualified estimate of £2.20 in gratuities and service charge.

The shift pattern for this role is 9am to 5pm, working either 2 or 3 days each week - Thursday and Saturday or Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:

  • You'll be confident in leading guided tours of our homes, sharing and explaining the benefits of owning at Glenmor and the wider Gleneagles estate
  • Ensuring accurate entry of all our sales leads onto our database, you'll also manage the distribution of our brochure fulfilment packs and all owner mailings
  • Organising and leading inspection visits, you'll expertly and professionally maintain our appointments diary
  • Administering all elements of seasonal ownership sales, including sending purchase and rental agreements to conclusion, creating, and maintaining customer records to the highest standards
  • Controlling payments to our owners for rental and resale proceeds due and purchase payments for both rentals and sales; you'll also become adept in using our property management system
  • Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed

  • Your IT skills are strong and you have a great working knowledge of the key packages
