Research and identify potential clients and market segments to targetGenerate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networkingQualify and evaluate leads to determine their potential as business opportunitiesConduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition to potential clientsCollaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversionBuild and maintain relationships with prospects, addressing their inquiries and providing exceptional customer serviceTrack and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and key performance indicatorsStay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunitiesAssist in the development of sales collateral, proposals, and contractsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldProven track record in sales, business development, or a similar roleStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build rapport and establish trust with potential clientsExcellent negotiation and closing skillsSelf-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targetsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesProficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of the industry and market trends is a plusIf you are ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role in driving business growth, apply now to become a Business Development Representative.
