What is on offer?Basic Salary up to £35,000 (DOE)
OTE of £65,000+Fantastic uncapped commission structureQualified lead source provided by a market-leading estate agencyHybrid working model available, allowing you to work both from the office and the comfort of your own homeKey responsibilities for this Mortgage and Protection Advisor roleProvide expert mortgage advice to clients looking to purchase and/or remortgage propertiesBuild and maintain a strong relationship with the estate agency team; providing support and training where required to generate referrals and leadsMotivated to attract new clients and business yourselfProvide exceptional client care and guide them through the application process, ensuring a stress-free experienceStay up to date with the Mortgage market and latest trendsEnsure strict adherence to financial regulations, maintaining the highest ethical standards at all timesSkills and experience for this Mortgage and Protection Advisor role
To be successful in this role, you should have: CeMAP or equivalent qualificationMinimum of 2-years' experience as a Mortgage Advisor, preferably within the EA sectorStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood track record of achieving and exceeding targets, ensuring clients are adequately protectedMust be within 60-minute commute of the Wokingham areaHow to Apply:
