  • Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
  • Take food and drink orders accurately
  • Provide menu recommendations and answer any guest inquiries
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on their needs throughout their dining experience
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of bar and dining areas
  • Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow

Skills:

  • Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Knowledge of food safety guidelines and practices
