Responsibilities:
- Be supportive in your role by assisting clients with personal care activities like bathing, dressing.
- Share your warmth and empathy by providing companionship and emotional support to clients who may be in need.
- Help by assisting with meal preparation and ensuring dietary requirements are met, along side hydration.
- Be attentive to our clients' wellbeing, carefully monitoring and assisting with medication where needed
- Promote a clean and safe environment by assisting with light housekeeping tasks.
- Join clients in appointments, social outings, and recreational activities, encouraging them to engage in meaningful experiences.
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of any changes in clients' health or behaviour to the relevant people
Requirements:
While prior experience is not required, as long as you are passionate, we know that with all your transferable skills you will bring, and the training we provide that you will have everything you need to be an AMAZING care team member.
Whilst we appreciate flexibility in your availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, we always aim to accommodate everyone, as we know how important work like balance is.
A valid driver's license and your own car is essential for the role.
