We are looking for a hybrid veterinary care assistant/receptionist to join our team

  • 40 hours per week rota between 8AM and 7PM Monday to Friday.
  • 1:4 weekends at Bradley Stoke Hospital
- £10.42 per hour rising to £10.60 following 3 month probation.

What skills will you need for this role?
- excellent people skills

  • IT proficiency
- call handling experience
- animal handling with feline experience
- drivers' licence

What you can expect to be doing

  • Greeting clients and pets in a professional manner
  • Advising clients on our preventative health care products
  • Taking payments, cashing up and all other general admin and reception duties
  • Assisting vets and nurses
  • Cleaning including cages, bedding and litter trays
  • Feeding cats
  • Unpacking orders
