Job Title: LGV Cat C Driver

We are seeking a reliable and experienced LGV Cat C driver to join our team at The Best Connection Group Limited. As a Class 2 HGV driver, you will be responsible for delivering goods to businesses and construction sites in the South West and South Wales regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering goods to various locations in the South West and South Wales regions
  • Operating a Class 2 HGV vehicle in a safe and efficient manner
  • Ensuring timely delivery of goods and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly rate of £15.00 per hour (Monday-Friday), £18.50 per hour (Saturday), and £19.00 per hour (Sunday and Bank Holidays)
  • Flexible shift pattern with occasional weekend overtime available
  • Weekly pay and online payslips
  • 28 days paid annual leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
  • Pension contribution
  • Choice of long-term, short-term, and odd days or weekends available
  • Possible permanent positions following a successful trial period
Requirements:
  • Valid LGV Cat C license
  • Experience in operating a Class 2 HGV vehicle
  • Good communication and customer service skills
