We are recruiting for Support Workers to support 2 individuals who share their home in the Govan area of Glasgow.


The people we support have faced a lot of challenges in the past because of their learning disabilities and physical health issues, but this hasn't stopped them from enjoying life Both individuals that we support are non-verbal, but can communicate using other methods.

One of the individuals we support also has cancer so requires support to attend hospital appointments.

The people we support enjoy lots of different activities, including going out in the car, shopping and enjoying their local area.

Our support team are very diverse and work well together to ensure the people we support are happy and safe in their own homes

This can include:

  • Supporting them with medication
  • Cooking
  • Assisting with personal care
  • Supporting with moving and positioning and attending hospital appointments
  • Maintaining the homes of people supported and managing their finances


Our team provide support 24 hours a day, so we are looking for some flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including some weekends and sleepovers.

We are looking for a

part-time (25 hours per week) Support Worker to support on a variety of shifts.

A UK driving license would be highly desirable as the people we support share a house vehicle.
