Role Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative (
SDR), you'll play a critical role in our growth strategy.

You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping to shape their initial impressions and understanding of our platform.

Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and setting the stage for our sales team to close deals.


Key Responsibilities:

nLead Generation:
Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including social media, videos, email, and phone

nClient Engagement:
Initiate meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their needs and explain how Rippl can address them. Engage with decision-makers to understand their business needs and challenges.

nPipeline Management:
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate prospect information, ensuring a healthy sales pipeline

nCollaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns

nFollow-Up:
Nurture leads through regular follow-up and provide insights to the sales team to help close deals. Articulate the value proposition of our platform and generate interest in our solutions.

What We're Looking For:

nExperience:
2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a SaaS or high-tech environment.

Proven experience of gaining qualified meetings and demos in a sales teamnCommunication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with potential clients

nProactivity:
A self-starter with a positive attitude, eager to learn and take on new challenges

nTech Savvy:
Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools. Having experience with video recording tools and sequencing/outbound tools would be advantageous.

nTeam Player:
Collaborative mindset and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
