The role will involve working with Year 5/6 primarily, however, you would be expected to work across all age groups with children with a range of needs to support teaching and learning, with a particular focus on Early Reading.

We are seeking a Teaching Assistant who can demonstrate that they:

- have a knowledge and understanding of phonics and early reading.

- are punctual, energetic, well-motivated and flexible.

Duties will include:
- enhancing learning in the class, with small groups and on a one-to-one basis.
- delivering interventions to meet the needs of pupils, including those with SEND and SEMH needs.
- supporting the children's social and emotional well-being.
- supporting the teacher to ensure our pupils get the best teaching and learning on a daily basis.
