Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Administrator with a background in housebuilding or groundworks. In this role, you will support our commercial operations, ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency. You'll play a key part in managing contracts, processing documentation, and liaising with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process commercial documents.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, facilitating smooth communication.
- Assist with customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Support the commercial team with administrative tasks, including scheduling, aged debt recovery, and report preparation.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the housebuilding or groundworks sector.
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a familyrun business environment.
