Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Being the first point of contact for all guests arriving at the Holiday Park
- Checking guests in and out of the Holiday Park.
- Delivering excellent customer service in person, over the phone, or digitally to ensure each guest and owner has a positive experience
- Answering incoming calls
- Handling holiday bookings and addressing customer inquiries
- Showcase knowledge of our Parks, including accommodation, facilities and the local area
Experience:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Pay:
£11.50 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
