Responsibilities:

  • Being the first point of contact for all guests arriving at the Holiday Park
  • Checking guests in and out of the Holiday Park.
  • Delivering excellent customer service in person, over the phone, or digitally to ensure each guest and owner has a positive experience
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Handling holiday bookings and addressing customer inquiries
  • Showcase knowledge of our Parks, including accommodation, facilities and the local area

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay:
