Corporate Bank is a global provider of cash management, trade finance and securities services, delivering the full range of commercial banking products and services for both corporates and institutions worldwide.

The team's primary output is a scalable and flexible Front Office pricing and risk management system.

The technology platform underlies the trading functions of the Bank as well as management processes around the rational allocation of constrained resources, management of funding costs and capital efficiency programmes.

You will be involved in combining expertise in quantitative analytics, modelling, pricing, and risk management. You will have a deep understanding of system architecture and programming.

Your key responsibilities

  • Modelling and managing liquidity risks, funding costs and funds transfer pricing, moving to a portfolio funding model
  • Managing market risks, especially rates risk on the deposits and credit risks around the lending business
  • Pricing deposits and loans based on funding costs and capital hurdles
  • Tracking and monitoring profitability and Return on Equity of clients and businesses
  • Providing trading desks expertise in quantitative analytics, modelling, pricing, and risk management with deep understanding of system architecture and programming

Your skills and experience

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Strong computing and programming skills, including C++ and Python experience
  • Familiarity with funding or banking businesses and markets
  • Understanding of interest rate risk or credit risk modelling
  • Experience with managing capital efficiency
