About this rolenWe are seeking an enthusiastic and inspirational Counter Manager in our thriving counter at Harvey Nichols in Liverpool.nThis is a permanent full-time role, with some evening and weekend work required.
You will be responsible for the overall growth of the account and growing brand awareness via both internal and external activity.
The successful candidate will demonstrate fantastic customer service skills, have previous experience in leading a team and managing a growing business.

Key Responsibilitiesnwill have overall responsibility for the success of the counter ensuring both the team and the account meet their sales targetsnand develop a team of two dedicated Counter SpecialistsnBusiness planning working with the Department managers, Press and Marketing teams and Head of Retail to launch with excellence and lead on counter eventsnteam meetings, performance reviews & training sessionsnin-depth skin consultations using the latest skin imaging technologyDesired Skills and Experiencenretail experience ideally in a high-end environmentnmanagement / assistant management experience is a mustnbackground in skincare / cosmetics salesnpassion for beauty and results driven skincarencan-do attitude; we believe in having a positive and optimistic attitude about everything we do because it inspires others to have the same
