The Role:

We need a well-organised individual with top-notch administrative skills. While prior HR experience would be advantageous, it's not obligatory.

Key responsibilities include maintaining HR databases accurately, managing the HR inbox promptly and professionally, as well as supporting HR processes like tracking returns to work and processing leavers.

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Experience in administration
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Precise and efficient data input
  • Strong organisational skills with a knack for meeting deadlines
  • Proactive in managing workload efficiently
  • Great customer care skills
  • Scheduling HR meetings and sending invites
  • Analytical and forward-thinking, maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information securely
