An enthusiastic and passionate HR Administrator required to join a leading client based in Derby.
Supporting the HR Manager, you must demonstrate drive and desire with the ability to work independently.
As a HR Administrator you will be required to support the HR Manager with the following

  • Support the full Recruitment process
  • Onboard all new recruits
  • Deal with Time and attendance issues
  • Manage resignations and exit interview
  • Organize and maintain personnel records
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
  • Revise company policiesRequirements and skills
  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
  • Ideally CIPP Qualified or working towards it.
Mon - Fri (40 hrs per week)
