Purchase Ledger Job Description

  • The control and management of all supplier invoices, from receipt into the business through to authorisation and posting on to the financial system.
  • Effective matching and processing of all Goods In Notes to supplier invoices.
  • Statement checking and reconciliation.
  • Supplier queries.
  • Maintenance of supplier terms and trading information.
  • Maintenance of the Aged Creditors Listing.
  • Maintenance and tracking of the purchase ordering process.

Person Specifications:

  • A willingness to learn and grow skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good IT skills
