They are looking for an experienced IFA administrator to be based in their Christchurch office.

You will be liaising with clients, providers, and colleagues so a high standard of communication skills both written and oral, is essential.

You will also need tohave good analytical and problem-solving abilities and have an excellent attention to detail.

About the role:

  • Distribution of letters of authority and collating policy information from providers, to include a wide range of products i.e. ISAs, General Investment Accounts, Investment Bonds & Trusts, Personal Pensions, SIPPs, SSAS, Defined Benefit Schemes
  • Fund performance analysis
  • Maintaining client platform accounts, sale and subscribe and rebalancing
  • Maintenance of client regular income, including cash balances
  • Setting up and amendments of regular client contributions
  • Production of illustrations for protection and annuities and requesting and collating Enhanced and Immediate Needs Annuity quotations
  • Recommending improvements to administration processes to increase efficiency
