The successful Quality Engineer will have accountability for ensuring that customer process and delivery performances are monitored, analysed and reported on.

This will ensure quality performance with regards to defects, quality costs and customer returns.


You will conduct all product / process quality planning, and implement all customer requirements conforming to OHSAS 18001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 9001.


Responsibilities:

Ensure that root cause analysis for internal & external product or process non-conformances are reported to on time & shall ensure that the customer is kept informed of the corrective action / continuous improvement plans

Ensure that the commercial interests of the client are protected in all dealings with customers The responsibilities of the successful Quality Engineer will include, but will not be limited to, the following:
To implement & maintain customer requirements To continually improve customer's monthly performance (100% target) & DPPM with the target of 0% defective, and carry out the analysis & reporting of customer data

To develop & implement process controls to ensure that process & quality objectives are met

To continually improve controls, systems & performance both internally and externally

To ensure that production personnel and quality auditors fully understand quality requirement and support when quality issues arise. Quality Engineers have the authority to stop production to correct quality problems
