  • Effective time management and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Previous experience gained handling large amounts of data
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal due to speaking with colleagues, customers and suppliers daily
  • Generate and check weekly and monthly tonnage reports
  • Support purchase ledger management, ensuring internal controls are adhered to, including reconciliation of supplier statements.
  • Management of invoice queries with suppliers
  • Support the generation of the monthly Client invoice, sales invoices and recycling centre subcontractor payments
  • Provide administrative cover for the Contract Head Office as and when appropriate including reception and administrative duties

Salary:
£11.36 per hour
