Finance Administrator


We are seeking a part-time Finance Administrator who will be working with the sales support team to monitor customer accounts alongside administration within the finance department.

This role provides an exciting opportunity that will involve working closely with an experienced senior management team in a dynamic and growing business.


Responsibilities:

  • Credit Control Procedures.
  • Credit Checks.
  • Card Payment Postings and Reconciliation.
  • Creation of New Accounts.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Experience:

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively is required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience in Sage 200 would be an advantage but not essential.

Job Type:
Part-time
