We are currently seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Health Visitor to join the Beeches Health Visiting team based at Chalfonts and Gerrards Cross Hospital.
This is a permanent post.This is an exciting opportunity for you to join us and share your valuable skills, knowledge and leadership qualities.
We welcome all applicants, experienced or newly qualified.
The team consists of Health Visitors, Community Staff Nurses and Community Nursery Nurses under the management of a Locality Lead.
You will participate in leading your team of skill mix staff, with a public health focus and be fully committed to improving the health and well-being of the local population in Burnham, Stoke Poges and the surrounding area.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of joint working with Family Centres and the implementation of the Healthy Child Programme within the Solihull Approach model of working.
You must be a registered SCPHN (Health Visiting) with current NMC registration.
