Our team is structured to provide robust support, featuring. We are committed to helping all Wiltshire families thrive and seek a like-minded, experienced Social Worker to join our team. If you share our vision, you can look forward to:
- A 'One Journey' Model: Stay with the child from the front door to permanence if required.
- Diverse Casework including referral and assessment, leading on Child in Need and Child Protection plans, and supporting legal processes for securing permanence.
- Protected Caseload, managed using a case weighting tool.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop care plans.
- Lead on Child in Need and Child Protection plans.
- Support legal processes for securing permanence for children and young people.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and key workers.
- Participate in reflective supervision and continuous professional development.
Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration.
- Proven experience in referral and assessment casework, Child in Need, and Child Protection plans.
- Strong communication, assessment, and planning abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
