Our company is looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM / Customer Engagement) and Power Platform Technical Solutions Architect to join our team. We are the top Dynamics practice in Government within the UK and expanding across various industries.

What you'll be doing:

  • Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to guide future product direction and technology capability, enabling customers to maximize available technologies for business success.
  • Designing, delivering, and overseeing industry-leading technical solutions using Dynamics 365 and Microsoft stack technologies.
  • Coordinating technical streams within a program to deliver an integrated solution effectively.
  • Utilizing expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement suite, including Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights.
  • Customizing Dynamics 365 and associated components, exploring cutting-edge technologies like Gen AI, IoT, and RPA.
  • Engaging with Microsoft stack tools like Power Automate, LogicApps, Power Apps, and more in a diverse technical environment.
  • Contributing to consultancy projects and high-performing teams, supporting practice development and participating in pre-sales activities.

What experience you'll bring:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role with strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical details to non-technical individuals.
  • Proficiency in Azure/Office 365 technologies like Power Automate, Power Apps, and more.
  • Expertise in designing and deploying Dynamics 365 and Power Platform with full project life cycle delivery experience.
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Platform, Agile Scrum project delivery methodology, and more.
  • Hands-on approach to work and the ability to present solutions effectively to diverse audiences.
  • UK residency or nationality to meet security clearance requirements if needed.
