They are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Sustainability Consultant, specializing in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) to join a dynamic team.
As an LCA Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering sustainable design strategies, providing comprehensive LCA analysis, and advising clients on sustainable practices.
You will work closely with teams to ensure the integration of sustainability principles throughout the project lifecycle.Responsibilities:
Conduct Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) for various building projects, evaluating their environmental impact and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Provide expert guidance on sustainable design strategies, materials selection, energy efficiency, and carbon reduction initiatives.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to develop sustainable design solutions that align with project goals and regulatory requirements.
Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
Assist in the development of sustainability strategies, policies, and frameworks for projects and clients.
Engage in client meetings, workshops, and presentations to provide expert advice and support on sustainable design principles.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Environmental Science, Engineering, Architecture, or Sustainability.
Proven experience in conducting Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) for building projects or infrastructure developments.
Strong knowledge of sustainability principles, green building standards, and environmental regulations.
Proficiency in oneclickLCA software
Familiarity with BREEAM, LEED, or other green building rating systems.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
Relevant professional certifications (e.g., LEED AP, BREEAM Assessor) are desirable.
