Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving to and installing setups at various prestigious events. This role requires a high level of physical fitness as it involves a significant amount of lifting and organising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving to various event locations
  • Installing and dismantling event setups
  • Organising event materials and equipment
  • Ensuring the safe and efficient transport of all materials
  • Collaborating with event coordinators and on-site teams to ensure seamless setups

Work Schedule:

  • Variety of shifts over 7 days, mostly weekends
  • Varied hours with early starts and late finishes
  • Guaranteed 42.5 hours per week
  • Common start times are 6am

Requirements:

  • Ability to commute to Windsor
  • Previous driving experience is desired
  • Previous events experience is desired but not essential
  • This job could be well suited to someone previously working with shop re-fits, events, floral design, etc.
  • A keen eye for detail and organisational skills are essential
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
