Job Description:
The chosen candidate will play a vital role in setting up and dismantling configurations for various exclusive events. This position demands a good level of physical fitness as it involves significant lifting and organization tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up and taking down event configurations
- Organize event materials and equipment
- Ensure the safe handling and transport of all materials
- Collaborate with drivers and on-site teams for seamless setups
- Assist the driver in navigation and unloading at event venues

Work Schedule:
- Mainly required on weekends, additional shifts during busy periods and ongoing events
- Varied hours with early starts and late finishes
- Flexible schedule according to event needs

Requirements:
- Ability to travel to Windsor
- Previous experience in events or related fields preferred but not necessary
- Attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Good physical condition due to the nature of the work
