Job Opportunity: Head of Centre at Step into Learning

Role Overview: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Centre to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to oversee both our direct and subcontracting activities within our organization.

Requirements:
  • Experience in leading quality assurance within the education and training sector.
  • Familiarity with the Ofsted Education Inspection Framework for Adult, Young People, and SEND Provision.
  • Prior involvement in quality assurance or compliance roles, particularly in subcontracting or outsourcing scenarios.
  • Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail, capable of interpreting complex data and providing evidence-based recommendations.
  • Demonstrated project management abilities, including effective task prioritization, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple demands efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders across all levels.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality assurance. Teaching qualifications are desirable.
