Step into Learning are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Centre, with expertise in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to oversee our direct and subcontracting activities within our organisation.

**Key qualification, skills, and experience**
- Experience of leading quality assurance in the education and training sector.
- Working knowledge and experience of, Ofsted Education Inspection Framework for Adult, Young People and SEND Provision.
- Previous experience in a quality assurance or compliance role, preferably in the context of subcontracting or outsourcing arrangements.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex data and make evidence-based recommendations.
- Proven project management skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage competing demands effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders at all levels.
- Worked in quality assurance for at least 1 year
- Teaching qualifications.
