You'll bring your skills gained from an administrative/office support focused background to help both new hires and current employees in the business with all of their day one leaning to annual refresher capabilities, scheduling in and overseeing the completion of the training. Your opinion will be valued in the business, allowing you to suggest new ideas for internal processes and training. You'll gain exposure to the HR function too, working closely with the HR Manager all around the development and onboarding of new staff.
