TheRole:

We are seeking a personable,results-driven and organised individual to join our team as a DebtCaseworker in the King's Lynn area.

You willprovide a comprehensive assessment and advice service on alldebt-related matters to our diverse clients, addressing potentiallycomplex issues face-to-face from our King's Lynn office. The roleentails ongoing casework aimed at achieving the most optimalfinancial outcomes for our clients.

Whatwe are looking for:

We will providefull training.

However, we will favour applicantswho demonstrate the followingexperience:

· Comprehensiveunderstanding and application of equality, diversity and inclusionprinciples in accredited adviceprovision

· Abilityto recognise safeguarding concerns and facilitate appropriatereferrals

· Proficiencyin addressing various advice issues, particularly in welfarebenefits (including Universal Credit), Debt, Housing andEmployment

· StrongIT skills to support clients in accessing information using ITsystems

· Priorexperience as an accredited adviser in a similar workenvironment

· Experiencein supporting volunteers
