An opportunity has arisen for a compassionate and enthusiastic individual to join the Women, Children & HIV Service Care Group as a Clinical Administration Lead for Gynaecology.


You will play a key role in our operational issues, taking responsibility for day-to-day referral to treatment pathways for outpatients and inpatients across our services.

This is a substantive full time role (37.5 hours per week). The service requirement is that the hours would be worked over five days.


You will need the ability to think logically under pressure and have a positive attitude to maintaining high standards at all times.

You will be required to communicate with a wide range of disciplines and possess an aptitude for negotiation and persuasion.

You'll ensure key resources, such as clinics and theatre capacity are utilised effectively to ensure the delivery of key performance standards.

Sustainability is integral to the Trust achieving the NHS Net Zero target. All staff are therefore actively encouraged and supported to implement new ways of working within their field of expertise.

You will have substantial experience of working within an NHS organisation, with staff supervision and knowledge of NHS targets and problems solving skills for business performance information.
