About the Role:

Customer Service: As a trade counter salesperson, you'll interact with customers face-to-face and over the phone. Your goal is to provide excellent service, assist with inquiries, and help customers find the right products.

Order Processing: You'll take orders from customers, handle payments (both card and cash), and ensure accurate processing of transactions.
-
Shop Maintenance: Keeping the trade counter and shop clean, organized, and well-presented is part of your responsibilities.

  • Picking stock and assisting in the loading of customers vehicle
  • Checking stock deliveries & putting stock away
  • Picking of stock for deliveries
  • Delivering products to customers if required
  • Performing any other duties as may be deemed necessary or as may be required.

Please note this role does require occasional heavy lifting.

  • Previous customer service and/or sales experience, ideally from a merchant background.
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
  • Strong communication skills.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Alternate Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

  • Bank Holidays: Closed

Salary:
From £24,111.00 per year
