Position: Warehouse Stores Administrator
Location: Bridgwater, Somerset, TA6
Schedule: 4 on 4 off Days only, 6am to 6pm

Overview of Warehouse Administrator Role:
The Warehouse Stores Administrator is responsible for managing administration queries across all business units promptly and maintaining stock accuracy. Additionally:
- Record stock accurately using IMI and Iren systems
- Coordinate local ordering of raw materials from external storage areas
- Serve as a central point of communication
- Maintain up-to-date inbound logistic KPIs
- Monitor stock levels and conduct regular checks
- Manage returns and ensure proper storage conditions
- Adhere to company processes and productivity targets
- Collaborate with production planning for materials requirements
- Replace damaged cartons promptly
- Meet Materials supply SLAs and stock-checking accuracy levels
- This role involves working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, occasionally requiring tasks on the shop floor and manual handling.
- Additional duties may be assigned based on organizational needs and objectives.

Key Skills:
- Previous experience as an administrator in a warehouse/manufacturing setting
- Proficient in computer skills, especially Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Familiarity with administrative tasks
